ATTENTION: Jackson and surrounding area residents! Join the clean energy workforce! Join us for a 7-week program combining classroom training and on the job experience.
What + Why:
Credentials Earned: Program participants will gain valuable knowledge, skills and experience on Energy Efficiency and Lead Safe Topics. Trainees will have the opportunity to earn their OSHA 10, Building Science Principles Certification (BSP), Healthy Housing Principles Certification (HHP) and Building Analyst Technician Certification (BA-T) through the Building Performance Institute (BPI). Trainees will also graduate the program with their Lead Abatement Worker License through the State of Michigan. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will have the opportunity to be placed directly into Weatherization, Energy Efficiency, and Lead Abatement Careers.
